Call Me
Mac

My name is Mac Larsen. I’m a Reporter, Writer & Audio Storyteller based in the Pacific Northwest.

I attended  school at the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communications where I got a Master’s and Occidental College in beautiful Los Angeles, California where I received a Bachelor’s in Politics and Writing. I wrote my senior thesis on then White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer. So... that paper aged like an open bottle of wine.

By Day, I work as a Reporter for The Daily News in Longview, Washington. As I drive up the I5 corridor I like to make direct eye contact, safely of course, with Mt. St. Helens. What do they say about a watched pot?

By Night, I’m working on my  first novel (which I love to talk about), write short stories, audio-stories, and plays. I also act a bit sometimes on the side.

Somewhere In Between, I produce the podcasts “Once Upon a Time in the Pacific Northwest,” “12 Steps of Clown,” & “The Stump.” If you have any interest in being a guest or advertising on one of these shows please don’t hesitate to send me an email (with the subject line: $$$?).
